The Inbound Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the growth of our organization by creating, optimizing, and managing marketing campaigns that attract new qualified leads, with special emphasis on attracting traffic to our website and converting that traffic into new leads for the business. This data-driven individual should be able to combine process-oriented thinking and data analysis with creative ideation and strategy development. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Work closely with the marketing team to create and leverage content focused on Marketing Evolution value proposition and key differentiators mapped to customer segmentation and journey.
Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Partner with internal creative and copywriting to design emails and develop content that drives engagement/action.
Ensure the timely deployment of initiatives and project success by managing calendars and process.
